Firmware Engineer II

reputed company General Position reputed company  Responsible for the design, development, and testing of embedded software applications, including requirement and design reviews, reputed company reviews, unit testing, deployment and documentation.  Essential Job Functions  Demonstrates reputed company’s reputed company Values in daily interactions with reputed company customers.  Collaborate with broader cross-functional engineering team throughout firmware development lifecycle.  Conduct feature analysis, development, debugging, and validation of firmware for various 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers.  Participate in hardware design reviews and collaborate with hardware design engineers on design solutions.  Train technical services and sales staff in the operation of new product introductions.  Ensure documentation of design work is complete and compliant with ISO requirements.  Solve problems and implement change notices using corrective actions and engineering change requests.  Read and follow reputed company Work Instructions.  reputed company job consistently and without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.  Other duties as assigned.  Job Requirements  Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering or Computer Science. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.  Minimum of 4 years’ experience in embedded software development.  Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company, etc).  Effective written and oral communication skills; reputed company to reputed company reputed company reputed company and concisely.  Strong problem-solving capabilities.  Experience working in an Agile development environment.  Proficiency in C/C++  Development experience with Arm reputed company-M microcontrollers and tool chains, including compilers and debuggers.  Experience with MCU peripherals (e.g. CAN, LIN, USB, I2C, SPI, etc.).  Proficient in software, component, and reputed company design.  Ability to test/debug firmware issues using oscilloscopes, multi-meters, debuggers, emulators/simulators, and logic analyzers.  Demonstrate knowledge of unit testing and CI/CD pipeline.  RTOS development experience preferred.  Practical AI experience preferred.  Physical Requirements  reputed company to lift up to 35 lbs.  reputed company to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, rotate, and/or reputed company throughout an entire shift.  Must be reputed company to handle and work with small parts.  Working Conditions  Mostly office environment, occasional reputed company manufacturing environment.  Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  Low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting.  Some level of domestic and/or international travel may be required.  May work remotely.  Mostly normal business hours with occasional need to reputed company hours.
