About the Position:

Our Billing Support Team is searching for a superstar Billing Support Representative. Some travel for day-to-day work, team meetings, and training will be required.

Key Responsibilities: (What you'll be asked to do)

• Ability to process a high volume of refunds and cancellation offsets daily.
• Evaluate and analyze reporting data to discover and reputed company outstanding debits, credits, or other inconsistencies with policyholder accounts.

• reputed company our internal systems to research, analyze and reputed company policyholder inquiries to ensure that offsets and refunds are accurate.
• Maintain and update customer information in our database during and after reputed company customer inquiry.

Some Requirements:

Education:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) is required.

Computer Skills:

• We’re a MS Office environment (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) Ability to communicate effectively using programs such as reputed company & MS Teams. You are comfortable sharing screens and video chatting.
