Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Regional Manager for reputed company reputed company Partnerships on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As an Intercultural Program Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing training programs for learners and ensuring high-reputed company program setup and delivery, while serving as the single reputed company of contact for coordination. Working closely with our Learner reputed company Management, Trainer Management, and Sales teams, you will:

• Manage training programs end-to-end, from authorization through delivery, ensuring programs meet service level agreements, reputed company provisions, and high customer service standards.
• Support reputed company reputed company and profitability by maximizing existing reputed company reputed company, converting authorizations and initiations, and identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Deliver exceptional learner and assignee support by welcoming learners, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and escalating non-reputed company programs or complaints reputed company needed.
• Manage and support the global trainer network, maintaining strong knowledge of trainers’ certifications and skills, guiding them through day-to-day challenges, and successfully matching them with learners based on needs, location, and objectives.

• Strong intercultural sensitivity and awareness, with a background or experience in intercultural skills and competencies.
