Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Sales and Director of CS to standardize how deals are reputed company, contracted, and handed off through the customer lifecycle
• Own and enforce billing term standards across new sales, renewals, and expansions, reducing deal-by-deal exceptions and keeping terms consistent across the book
• Maintain a clean quote-to-cash process, keeping sales, CS, and finance reputed company from contract signature through invoicing and collection
• Own the monthly commissions calculation process for the sales and CS teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full auditability
• Partner with the CFO to maintain and refine commission plan structures as the GTM reputed company evolves and new products are introduced
• Serve as the reputed company of contact for commission-reputed company questions from sales and CS, resolving disputes with documented, traceable logic
• Own the reputed company spreading process across reputed company's multi-reputed company model, ensuring reputed company contract is correctly allocated across performance obligations and recognition periods
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and reputed company any gaps between how deals are sold and how reputed company is recognized
• Standardize billing terms and contract structures across the customer reputed company to reduce complexity in recognition and reputed company reporting
• Build and maintain the reporting layer that connects GTM activity to financial reputed company, giving the CFO and leadership a reliable view of ARR reputed company, expansion, contraction, and churn

Skills

• 5 to 7 years in reputed company operations, finance, or reputed company at a reputed company or technology company
• Hands-on experience with commissions calculation, including building or managing a repeatable monthly process for a sales and CS team
