[Remote] Global Pay Transparency Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Global Pay Transparency Consultant to join their reputed company Services team. This role involves advising clients on pay transparency compliance across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring they receive maximum value from reputed company's software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advise global clients on pay transparency compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including the US and Europe
- Monitor reputed company and regulatory developments and translate them into reputed company guidance for clients and internal teams
- Support clients preparing pay data analyses, regulatory submissions, and reputed company communications
- reputed company reputed company meetings/workshops and serve as a subject matter expert on pay transparency and reporting requirements
- Work with clients to ensure they are getting the greatest value from reputed company's software solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
- Work in partnership with reputed company's software Implementation Managers and Pay Equity Consultants
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams on software enhancements to meet compliance requirements
- Contribute to testing and improvement of reporting workflows, analytics, and regulatory solutions
Skills
- 5+ years of experience applying regulations through consulting, advising, compliance, HR, compensation, or similar work
- Basic understanding of HR and compensation processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to validate and interpret workforce data
- Experience delivering workshops and/or training sessions

- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders or clients with reputed company needs
- High attention to detail and strong judgment reputed company handling sensitive data
- Proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must be based in the eastern time zone of the U.S. and authorized to work without sponsorship
- Ability to understand a reputed company's or stakeholder's business context as it relates to regulatory compliance needs
- Experience working with multinational organizations or in a multi-jurisdiction environment
- Curiosity about the global pay transparency landscape and comfort working reputed company regulatory ambiguity
- Understanding of job architecture and job evaluation or levelling methodologies
- Experience reviewing or providing feedback on employee-facing communications, manager guidance, and internal policy documents
- Awareness of global gender pay gap reporting regimes and how they differ from pay transparency requirements
- Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes
- Basic understanding of pay equity
- Experience advising clients or stakeholders on connecting compliance requirements with HR technology
