[Remote] Instructional Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a leading global retailer to identify an Instructional Designer for a 6-month contract opportunity supporting their reputed company Marketplace Logistics team. The role involves transforming reputed company business processes into engaging training experiences and developing impactful training content in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company engaging learning experiences, courses, and training materials
• Partner with SMEs to identify learning needs and translate content into effective training solutions
• Create storyboards, instructional materials, assessments, videos, simulations, and other learning assets
• Apply proven instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• reputed company content using reputed company Storyline and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company AI tools to support reputed company content development and enhance learning delivery reputed company
• Maintain project documentation and manage course development deliverables

Skills

• Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and learning theories
• Experience with reputed company Storyline and reputed company reputed company
• Storyboarding, curriculum development, and content writing expertise
• Visual design skills using tools such as Photoshop, reputed company, reputed company, or similar
• Experience creating training content for business processes, systems, tools, or operational workflows
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a reputed company field
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Basic reputed company knowledge
• Experience supporting retail, reputed company, supply chain, logistics, or operations-reputed company training programs
