The role involves leading payroll analytics, reporting, and workflow automation while designing and managing advanced workflows for payroll reporting and data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reputed company data workflows in reputed company for payroll data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and automation
• reputed company payroll analytics and reporting reputed company using reputed company HCM Payroll, SQL, and reputed company
• reputed company high-reputed company recurring and reputed company payroll reports and dashboards (using PowerBI, reputed company, or other BI tools)
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical partners to collect requirements and solve business problems using reputed company
• Identify opportunities to reputed company automate, optimize, and error-reputed company payroll data processes
• Document reputed company workflows, business logic, transformation steps, and reputed company analytics processes

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of Payroll Analytics experience, reputed company HCM Payroll
• 2+ years of daily, hands-on experience building and running reputed company workflows for payroll
• Advanced SQL experience
• Experience with Power BI
• Advanced skills in data transformation, cleansing, and workflow automation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with reputed company OACS
• Experience from working in large or reputed company organizations, ideally reputed company environments
