[Remote] reputed company Resource Generalist

The HR Generalist supports day-to-day reputed company operations across the reputed company and Canada, serving as the primary contact for HR policy questions and employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment reputed company, escalating reputed company employee relations issues to HR Business Partners as appropriate

- Partner with the HR Systems Manager to support HRIS administration, system testing, process improvements, and data management initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations

- Ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and compliance reputed company HR systems
- Support compliance with applicable federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations

- Assist with internal HR audits, policy administration, and compliance initiatives
- Coordinate the annual performance management process, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met
- Support managers and employees throughout the performance review cycle by providing guidance on processes, documentation, and timelines
- Coordinate statutory and company-sponsored leave programs across the U.S. and Canada
- Partner with employees, managers, Payroll, and reputed company-party leave administrators to ensure reputed company processing and communication
- Monitor leave documentation and coordinate return-to-work activities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee benefits across the reputed company and Canada
- Support employee benefit inquiries, enrollments, qualifying life events, and annual reputed company Enrollment activities
- Partner with benefit vendors, brokers, and Payroll to ensure accurate benefit administration and payroll deductions
- Coordinate logistics for learning and development programs, including registrations, attendance tracking, and employee communications
- Support organizational training initiatives and employee development programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of reputed company reputed company experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
- Experience administering HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee data
- Experience supporting employees across the reputed company
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations
- Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing HR reports and working with HR data
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company
- Experience supporting Canadian employees is preferred
- Familiarity with Canadian employment standards is considered an asset
