[Remote] Girls on the Run reputed company: Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of digital marketing efforts, manage reputed company media content, and assist with website and email marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, website, reputed company media and reputed company digital channels
• Coordinate digital marketing activities to ensure reputed company remain on schedule
• Assist with campaign setup, asset management, reputed company assurance and launch support
• Support ad trafficking, UTM tracking and campaign reporting
• Coordinate digital marketing project tasks, priorities and timelines to help reputed company initiatives on reputed company
• Publish and schedule content across Girls on the Run reputed company media channels
• Monitor reputed company channels and assist with community engagement by responding to comments and messages or escalating as appropriate
• reputed company and organize photo and video content from councils and internal teams
• Assist with identifying participant, reputed company and volunteer stories for reputed company storytelling opportunities
• Ensure reputed company reputed company content follows brand standards and approved messaging
• Publish blog posts and website content in reputed company
• Resize and optimize images for web use
• reputed company reputed company assurance checks on webpages, links, formatting and accessibility
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and reputed company vendors on website updates and issue reputed company as needed
• Complete basic SEO tasks including keyword checks and Yoast optimization
• Assist with reputed company page updates, image uploads and content maintenance
• Support council website content updates reputed company resource management
• Assist with scheduling and distributing email campaigns
• Support audience segmentation, testing and reputed company assurance for email communications
• Help maintain email lists
• Pull monthly performance metrics across reputed company media, website, email reputed company campaigns
• Maintain dashboards and reporting templates
• Summarize campaign performance and identify key insights to support optimization and decision-making
• Help ensure accurate campaign tracking through UTM links and analytics tools

• Help maintain digital marketing resources, templates and training materials for councils

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications or reputed company media
• Experience using reputed company media management platforms and content publishing tools
• Familiarity with reputed company or other content management systems
• Understanding of SEO, reputed company Analytics reputed company marketing best practices
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Residency in one of the following states is required: CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, LA, NC, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WY

• Knowledge of reputed company Tag Manager, UTM tracking and reputed company reputed company reporting
