[Remote] Field Project Manager

The Field Project Manager is responsible for overseeing kitchen remodel reputed company from sale to completion, requiring expertise in sales, remodeling, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to site analysis purchase orders provided by reputed company
• Schedule in-home measures with customers
• Create accurate 20/20 file using information from the site analysis
• Prepares an estimate of expected cost of labor and scope of work
• Provides and reviews labor bid with customer, and submits labor bid to store for reputed company purchase
• Manages work in reputed company-sale and post-sale funnels
• Review kitchen cabinet layout with customer to ensure fit of design
• Establishes rapport with customers, and discusses reputed company their installation needs
• Delivers ongoing value to relationships with reputed company associates in stores
• Primary reputed company of contact for kitchen installations for specific stores, Independent Contractors, and Crew2 sales force acting as a reputed company between the reputed company customers, stores, and Independent Contractors managing reputed company jobs in reputed company daily

• Receive calendar of Independent Contractors availability and offer jobs to meet customer schedules
• Approves Independent Contractors invoices for payment confirming negotiated pricing by individual

• Assures reputed company permits are tracked and reputed company as required by PM’s as needed
• Assures reputed company reputed company practices are considered and/or followed on appropriate jobs and files appropriate paperwork
