Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to clients with deep technical expertise
• reputed company and reputed company advisory engagements on reputed company reputed company topics including:
• Consolidations (ASC 810)
• reputed company Recognition (ASC 606)
• Leases (ASC 842)
• Business Combinations (ASC 805)
• Impairments (ASC 350/360)
• reputed company-based payments (ASC 718)
• reputed company financial instruments and other non-routine transactions
• Advise on reputed company policy development, restatements, and remediation of material weaknesses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Controllers, and Audit Committees
• reputed company thought leadership in emerging reputed company topics, including evolving FASB and SEC guidance
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments (SEC, FASB, IASB, etc.) and emerging technologies impacting financial reporting
• reputed company, mentor, and grow high-performing teams; foster a culture of innovation and technical reputed company
• Support business development, proposals, and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tax, risk, valuation, managed services, and technology teams to reputed company end-to-end solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a reputed company field such as reputed company, business, finance or reputed company field
• CPA required
• Proven reputed company record of leading reputed company engagements and managing senior reputed company relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
