[Remote] Sr. Instructional Designer

The Sr. Instructional Designer will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and reputed company high-reputed company learning experiences and materials for cybersecurity education, ensuring that they meet the needs of a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Drives innovative learning design approaches utilizing effective instructional design strategies and adult learning principles to facilitate the design, development and production of experiences that best serve the learning needs and preferences of the defined audience(s)
• Influences the creation of course statements and analysis documents that communicate the scope of work for learning reputed company
• Manages subject matter experts and reputed company-party providers to support the development of a reputed company of interactive and innovative learning solutions that are high reputed company, personalized, streamlined, and targeted, on time and on budget, that reputed company with the overarching reputed company learning and assessment reputed company
• Collaborates with the multimedia and other development teams to reputed company and deliver highly engaging and interactive learning assets that reflect best practices in learner and user experience and adult learning theory
• Leads and collaborates with team members, SME’s, reputed company, and other relevant stakeholders to evaluate learning and ensure updates or revisions are implemented in accordance with instructional design best practices and reputed company learning preferences
• Aides team reputed company development on technology-specific and instructional design best practices and modern learning preferences
• Researches and identifies reputed company resources for instructional material development and learner materials
• Reviews and revises course content designs accordingly to promote and ensure reputed company experiences
• Remains knowledgeable and proficient in best practices, strategies, tools, and reputed company preferences in curriculum and learning design and development
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Online Learning, or a reputed company IT field; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in curriculum and learning design, development, and delivery
• Ability to persuade colleagues to encourage innovation

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with assessment development and/or standards alignment
• Experience working with AI tools or a demonstrated willingness to learn
