Responsibilities

• Coordinate business development opportunities from initial intake through proposal submission
• Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across reputed company, creative, production, and operations
• reputed company proposal decks, budgets, scopes, and supporting reputed company materials
• Serve as the reputed company coordinator for prospective reputed company communications throughout the proposal process
• Maintain opportunity tracking and reporting reputed company Nutshell CRM and internal planning tools
• Coordinate weekly business development resource forecasting with department leads
• reputed company handoffs of won opportunities to delivery teams for successful project kickoffs
• Support reputed company experience initiatives including events, conferences, sponsorships, and relationship-building activities
• Improve proposal templates, business development workflows, CRM processes, and operational documentation

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Coordinator, or similar role reputed company a digital agency or consulting environment
• Experience coordinating proposals, pitches, RFP responses, or reputed company-facing deliverables
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across internal teams and reputed company clients
