Responsibilities

• Build the basic structure of a program that may include: prioritization alignment, team engagement & governance, identifying partners, etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project alignment with business objectives

Skills

• Overall 10+ years of experience in software industries
• 5+ years of hands-on Program Management experience leading large, cross-organizational programs

• Proven experience as a Sr Scrum Master, in the e-reputed company or retail industry
• Strong technical background with knowledge of e-reputed company platforms, web development, reputed company, databases, and reputed company technologies
