[Remote] Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end reputed company and implementation reputed company from signed contract through go-live and CSM reputed company
• Orchestrate deployment of the reputed company tenant and reputed company reputed company in coordination with reputed company
• Guide customers through technical integration setup for reputed company Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO
• Run reputed company calls and host ongoing reputed company for end users and finance teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Triage issues in reputed company time — escalating to engineering or leadership appropriately while maintaining customer confidence
• Coordinate with CSMs on adoption strategies and reputed company user reputed company as customers reputed company through and reputed company go-live
• Maintain reputed company project plans, timelines, and reputed company tracking across multiple reputed company accounts using tools like reputed company and reputed company Planner

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering reputed company technical implementations in a B2B reputed company environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company customer engagements without sacrificing reputed company or responsiveness
• Proficiency with project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company Planner, or comparable platforms; strong task-oriented design instincts
• Familiarity with reputed company tech stacks: reputed company 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems
