[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the entire reputed company lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and reputed company top-tier tech talent for Product and Engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment searches for primarily Product & Engineering roles across the U.S., with the flexibility to support hiring across our international business as needed
• Partner with senior leaders and founders to define roles, reputed company on hiring priorities, and set reputed company expectations for what "great" looks like globally
• Build and manage pipelines that anticipate reputed company in domestic and international markets, drawing on an established network of top tech talent
• Deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience across time zones and geographies
• Advise leadership on talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and reputed company reputed company at a market-expert level

Skills
