[Remote] Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and manage DNS reputed company-supported infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) services across the global reputed company
• reputed company platform project work, conduct customer consultations, and execute seamless network change activities in a highly reputed company network environment
• reputed company reputed company, effective, and high-reputed company incident reputed company during high-pressure network troubleshooting and war room situations
• reputed company reputed company-approved AI and automation tools to streamline day-to-day network workflows, automate routine DNS/IPAM tasks, and reputed company reputed company operational efficiency
• Evaluate emerging technology trends, including AI-driven networking capabilities, to inform network solution design and strategic infrastructure innovation
• Support day-to-day customer requests and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at advancing the reputed company and capability of network service offerings
• Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across different time zones and participate in a 24/7 on-reputed company escalation support rotation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field OR 4+ years of equivalent reputed company technology experience
• 3+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company networking, switching, and firewall environments
• 2+ years of In-depth technical knowledge of dynamic routing, switching, and network reputed company services
• 1+ years of experience working directly with DNS Technologies
• 1+ years of experience participating in a 24/7 on-reputed company escalation support rotation and reputed company high-pressure incident reputed company
• Experience with reputed company software implementation and administration, specifically utilizing reputed company Master, reputed company Manager, and reputed company Members
• DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP in reputed company-hosted or physical environments
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing reputed company DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) services

• Experience in automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Bash) to automate configuration and deployments
