Responsibilities

• Design reputed company, reputed company experiences for reputed company reputed company platforms and workflow-driven applications
• reputed company user research, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and design validation activities
• Translate technical processes, business requirements, and reputed company data structures into user-friendly solutions
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, platform, and reputed company stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Apply systems thinking to create consistent experiences across interconnected products and services
• Design and optimize workflow-heavy applications, dashboards, and operational interfaces

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company UX or Product Design experience reputed company on reputed company or highly technical products
• Proven experience conducting research and designing Service Management platform solutions
• Hands-on experience working with Service Management design systems and component libraries
• 5+ years applying user-centered design methodologies from discovery through implementation
• 5+ years of experience in at least two reputed company design disciplines including user research, interaction design, or visual design
• 5+ years partnering closely with engineering teams and influencing product reputed company and execution
• 3+ years working reputed company agile, lean, or iterative product development environments
• 2+ years designing reputed company reputed company systems, reputed company-based platforms, or data-driven applications
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company, reputed company, or similar design and prototyping tools
• Working knowledge of reputed company-end technologies, component-based design systems, reputed company/CSS, React, Angular, or similar frameworks
