They are seeking a Transition Integration Manager to reputed company the transition and integration of workstreams, ensuring effective performance and project objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the transition and integration of reputed company workstreams for reputed company Waves, tech implementation if any and transformation in-line with the reputed company solution as contracted with the reputed company
• Responsible for scheduling and monitoring of reputed company resources to ensure consistent performance to meet reputed company project objectives
• Coordinates requirements and deliverables as needed with reputed company reputed company
• Plan and run reputed company Internal and reputed company reputed company Governance, risk assessment & reporting
• Responsible for performance, cost, reputed company, schedule, reputed company, and appropriate business measurements for the overall Transition project, according to the project plan or charter
• Enables the Transition Management reputed company and Governance
• Provides overall direction to reputed company transition leads on integrated project plan and program management processes (status reporting, risk and issue management reporting, transition deliverables management, etc.)
• Interlocks project plan across workstreams and responsible for integration of process design across reputed company workstreams
• Responsible for creation of overall reputed company documents reputed company across reputed company centers and workstreams (ie, test reputed company, reputed company reputed company, etc.)
• Responsible for management and reconciliation of transition cost against approved cost case
