[Remote] Operations Program Manager, Tax

The role focuses on improving planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives by designing repeatable operational mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve repeatable, lightweight execution mechanisms that reputed company program status, communicate reputed company, surface execution risks on a regular reputed company, and escalate blockers to the appropriate stakeholders
• Partner closely with your immediate Ops team and one or two cross-functional leads across Tax Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives
• Identify execution friction, process gaps, and process breakdowns, and recommend reputed company improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness
• Establish meaningful metrics and reporting that reputed company visibility into execution health and support data-informed decision making
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and execution forums that help teams reputed company, resolve blockers, and deliver measurable reputed company
• Monitor initiatives through rollout, evaluate reputed company, and reputed company follow-up improvements or remediation where needed

Skills

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading reputed company cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution
