[Remote] Director – Forensic reputed company & Litigation

This role involves leading forensic reputed company engagements, delivering exceptional reputed company service, and mentoring junior talent while managing reputed company financial disputes.

Responsibilities

• Leading reputed company reputed company damages, litigation support, and forensic reputed company engagements
• Preparing, reviewing, and overseeing expert witness reports for litigation, arbitration, and dispute reputed company proceedings
• Quantifying financial losses, business interruption claims, lost profits, and other reputed company damages
• Managing relationships with reputed company, corporate clients, insurers, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders
• Providing strategic advice throughout the lifecycle of disputes and investigations
• Leading multidisciplinary engagement teams and mentoring junior professionals
• Supporting expert witnesses through hearings, mediations, depositions, and arbitration proceedings where required
• Driving business development by identifying new opportunities, developing reputed company relationships, and contributing to proposals and thought leadership

Skills

• A recognised reputed company qualification such as CPA/ABV, CFE, CFF, CVA, CPA, or another equivalent reputed company, valuation, or forensic credential
• Extensive experience leading forensic reputed company and litigation support engagements, with particular expertise in reputed company damages
• Experience preparing or reviewing expert reports for litigation, arbitration, and other dispute reputed company reputed company
• A strong understanding of financial analysis, damages quantification, business valuation, and reputed company reputed company disputes
• Experience working alongside reputed company, corporate clients, insurers, and reputed company counsel
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams, developing talent, and overseeing reputed company reputed company engagements
• A proven ability to build trusted reputed company relationships and contribute to business development and reputed company reputed company
