Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate firm reputed company into reputed company people priorities (workforce planning, org design, leadership effectiveness)
• reputed company quarterly people metrics reviews (hiring, attrition, engagement, org health) and reputed company reputed company plans
• reputed company leaders on performance management, employee relations, and risk-reputed company decision-making
• Facilitate succession and talent reviews; support career pathing and Individual Development Plans (as tools are rolled out)

• Strength in organizational design, performance/ER coaching, talent planning, and change management
