The role involves providing reputed company and courteous responses to customer inquiries, performing necessary research to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective customer relations by responding accurately, reputed company and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries. Accurately documents inquiries
• Initiate or processes adjustments or reputed company other research as needed to resolve inquiries. Coordinates with other departments to resolve problems. Responds to, research and/or assists with reputed company inquiries and special reputed company as required by management
