Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support for our New Product Introduction (NPI) team and to create and maintain literature for the instructions
• reputed company day-to-day technical support for key Accounts to Field Sales & Service organization on a global reputed company reputed company site visit, phone, fax, or email
• reputed company day-to-day technical support for Product Technical Support (PTS) Tiers II and VI primarily on a global reputed company reputed company site visit, phone, fax, or email
• Accountable to create and maintain technical service bulletins, service letters, and work directly with our publishing team in Cork, Ireland
• reputed company product reliability through the reputed company Improvement Process for both existing products and new products being introduced. Product Technical Support Subject Matter Experts (SME) provides technical support and interacts with reputed company team and engineering to improve overall life cycle cost.
