Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time The ideal candidate will manage U.S.-based construction and renovation reputed company from preconstruction through closeout, while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Key Responsibilities: • Review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and deliverables • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams • Identify drawing conflicts, scope gaps, and potential construction issues • reputed company permits, inspections, approvals, change orders, and closeout documents • reputed company reputed company project updates and ensure compliance with contract requirements Qualifications: • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field • At least 3 years of experience managing U.S.-based construction reputed company • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Proficiency in reputed company, AutoCAD, Revit, reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, or similar platforms • Ability to work independently during U.S. Eastern Time hours Experience with NYC construction, federal reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Construction reputed company, estimating, or procurement is an advantage.
