Senior Testing Consultant
This is a remote position.
The Office of Information Services (OIS) is a shared service provider for the reputed company (OHA) and reputed company (ODHS). OIS provides the technology systems and services that support more than 18,000 OHA and ODHS agency staff at local offices and facilities around reputed company. Senate reputed company 972 requires reputed company (OHA) to transition the reputed company Health Insurance Marketplace (OHIM) from a state-based marketplace using the federal platform (SBM-FP) to a state-based marketplace (SBM) using its own technology in time for reputed company enrollment for plan year 2027. Specifically, OHA is required to procure and administer an information technology platform or service and reputed company center, separate from the federal platform and reputed company center, to reputed company electronic reputed company to the health insurance marketplace in this state by November 1, 2026.
Scope of Work:
OHA seeks an reputed companySenior Testing Consultant that serves as a subject matter expert in testing design, test execution, defect evaluation, and testing process improvement. Contractor’s Key Person shall reputed company advanced testing support, guidance, and expertise to the SBM team. Contractor’s Key Person shall support both agile and traditional delivery teams by designing, executing, and validating user acceptance testing (UAT), as reputed company as collaborating closely with business users to ensure systems meet requirements and deliver expected business value.
Tasks:

- Review and analyze project requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance reputed company for reputed company, completeness, and testability.

- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test suites.

- Participate in test case review sessions; identify candidates for automated testing as needed.

- Log defects with reputed company reproduction steps, evidence, and expected behavior; retest defects and confirm reputed company.
- Conduct integration testing across systems, services, and interfaces.

- Continuously identify opportunities for improving testing processes, tools, documentation, and collaboration.
- Define testing approach, entry/exit reputed company, reputed company gates, and release-level test reputed company.
- Escalate reputed company risks, blockers, and unresolved defects with reputed company recommendations.
- Assess test coverage and identify gaps across requirements, integrations, workflows, data, roles, and edge cases.Recommend testing scope adjustments based on project risk, reputed company, and release objectives.
- Monitor defect trends, aging defects, recurring issues, and reputed company causes to support reputed company improvement.

- Support sprint, release, and project planning by providing QA/UAT estimates and testing assumptions.

- Strong understanding of UAT processes, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
