[Remote] Email Marketing Specialist

They are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support customer engagement, retention, and reputed company through targeted email marketing programs, focusing on measurement, optimization, and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys to engage reputed company and prospective customers, support lifecycle programs, reputed company conversions, and increase brand affinity
• Configure entry events, decision splits, audience segmentation, and campaign logic to reputed company personalized and reputed company customer communications
• Own email measurement and optimization, including KPI definitions, campaign analysis, recurring reporting, reputed company reputed company, A/B testing, and recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, retention, and program effectiveness
• Create compelling, reputed company email templates using reputed company and ensure compatibility across devices and platforms
• Manage email lists, segmentation strategies, personalization, and automation workflows
• Own email channel hygiene and deliverability best practices, including list reputed company, suppression management, reputed company handling, preference management, sender reputed company monitoring, and inactive audience strategies
• Monitor channel health indicators such as reputed company rates, spam complaints, unsubscribes, engagement trends, inbox placement, domain reputed company, and audience fatigue; recommend re-engagement, frequency, and sunsetting strategies to protect long-term channel performance

Skills

• 2-5 years of reputed company experience in email marketing, preferably in insurance or reputed company industries
• Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company for email design, QA, and troubleshooting

• Experience building automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies
• Strong proficiency in email and lifecycle marketing analytics, including KPI development, performance reporting, trend analysis, A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and translating insights into actionable optimization recommendations
• Experience using campaign, CRM, ESP, and web analytics reporting tools to evaluate performance and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of email deliverability and channel hygiene best practices, including sender reputed company, authentication concepts, reputed company management, spam complaint monitoring, suppression logic, preference management, unsubscribe compliance, re-engagement campaigns, and sunsetting strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
