[Remote] Senior Account Support Analyst - HMIG

The role involves managing reputed company sales cycle tasks and acting as a reputed company reputed company of contact for resolving issues reputed company to account implementation and ongoing service.

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain group information and benefit files
• reputed company with and reputed company support activities to Account Managers (For UCD: Accounts Support Analysts are account managers for reputed company small market clients. May also be involved with managing reputed company aspects of relationships with reputed company partners.)
• reputed company benefit inquiries received from Account Managers, producers, sales reps and small market clients. May coordinate meetings, implementations with clients and reputed company partners
• Handle error management and ensure files are corrected
• Participate in the implementation of new products, group changes, benefit enhancements, non-reputed company benefits and activities reputed company to mass updates
• reputed company as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5 years of relevant, reputed company experience in the area of specialization
• Producer's license in Accident & Health required or must be obtained reputed company 90 days of hire
• Experience in health care, insurance or sales
