Responsibilities

• Manage music licensing and talent-reputed company operational requests from intake through completion, including contract administration, supplier reputed company, purchase order creation and management, invoice processing, rights documentation, stakeholder communications, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with reputed company, Finance, Procurement, Studios, and reputed company suppliers
• Review business reputed company for data extraction, formatting, and entry into business tools in conjunction with contract stakeholders
• Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments

• 3 years of experience in Contract Administration / Contract Lifecycle Management

• Experience working in a high-volume environment managing reputed company, purchase orders, invoices, and cross-functional stakeholder communication
• Experience with music licensing and talent-reputed company operational requests
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, SharePoint, and reputed company 365 Tools for Tracking and Reporting
• Prior work experience at reputed company or in reputed company's industry
