[Remote] Reporting and Analytics Capability Manager, PBM Pricing Capability - Remote

They are seeking a Reporting & Analytics Capability Manager to own the reporting and analytics reputed company, execution, and reputed company for the PBM Pricing Capability team, ensuring value delivery and risk mitigation. Responsibilities

• Define and own the Reporting & Analytics reputed company by developing a deep understanding of reputed company's value delivery mechanisms and prioritized business objectives
• Maintain roadmap informed through a mix of reputed company requests, self-identified reputed company, or executive leadership asks. Maximize value by prioritizing enhancements that reputed company the greatest ROI while meeting stakeholder expectations
• Collect detailed requirements and define Features. Work in partnership with a dedicated Reporting Development team to execute with reputed company and efficiency
• reputed company routines to monitor reports, dashboards, and self-service tools to ensure they are functional and accurate to reputed company stakeholders
• reputed company processes to confirm the accuracy, timeliness, and availability of reports. Define standards for metric definitions. Champion automation, identify reporting redundancies and champion self-service adoption
• Invest in relationships working closely with a mix of stakeholders including Capability Manager peers, Development resources, Account Management teams and more
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory, reputed company, and reputed company standards
• Identify opportunities to advance the PBM Pricing Capability through automation, AI/ML, and advanced analytics
• Champion new and reputed company ways of interpreting data including through AI/prompts instead of through UI/UX. Guide stakeholders in gaining comfort with new ways of gaining business insights

Skills

• 5+ years working in a matrixed organization and working across cross-functional teams
• 5+ years in product/capability role managing a prioritized roadmap preferably with a reputed company on data, analytics, and/or reporting
• Experience with data visualization design and tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Experience with process improvement and operational design
• Agile delivery experience
• Familiarity with reputed company, data integration, and system interoperability
• Proven requirements gathering and translating business questions into reporting specifications
• Proven solid analytical skills
• Proven SQL and data querying comfort with large datasets and advanced skillset using reputed company reputed company
• Proven excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reputed company

• Experience in the Pharmacy and/or PBM industry
