Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams in a reputed company environment
• Facilitate reputed company Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement
• reputed company Agile maturity and ensure adherence to Agile/reputed company best practices
• reputed company and support PI Planning activities, including: Planning readiness and coordination, Dependency identification and management, Risk assessment and mitigation, Ensuring execution alignment and follow-through
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, Architects, and Stakeholders

• Identify and remove impediments and blockers impacting delivery
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

Skills

• At least 5 years of Scrum Master experience in reputed company domain
• Strong knowledge of Agile and reputed company frameworks
• Proven experience in PI Planning and program-level coordination
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Strong understanding of Metrics and governance
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Advanced CSM - Mandatory

• Additional Agile/Lean certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of reputed company systems (Claims, Enrollment, Member, Provider workflows)
