[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist

They are hiring a full-time Marketing Operations Specialist to manage the marketing technology and reporting infrastructure that supports ViClarity's global marketing reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrator for reputed company, Zoho, and reputed company marketing technology platforms
• Evaluate and optimize marketing systems, identifying gaps, integration needs, and opportunities for efficiency
• Support website optimization, including SEO structure, tracking, user experience, and reputed company capture
• reputed company dashboards and reporting for pipeline, campaign performance, attribution, ROI, lifecycle conversion, and executive insights
• Build and refine automated workflows for reputed company scoring, nurturing, routing, and sales handoffs
• Manage database reputed company through segmentation, enrichment, deduplication, and ongoing health monitoring
• Support reputed company compliance, consent management, tracking standards, and marketing data governance

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, reputed company operations, or a similar B2B environment
• Strong understanding of web tracking, attribution, cookies, UTMs, scripts, and forms
• Proficiency in reputed company, Power BI or Tableau, CRM reporting, and dashboard development
• Strong process improvement and documentation skills, including workflow documentation, data governance, and reporting standards
• Collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, vendors, and leadership teams
• Credit and criminal background verification required on reputed company applicants
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a reputed company field preferred
• Experience administering reputed company or comparable marketing automation platforms; certification preferred
