[Remote] Systems Analyst - Intermediate (Ambulatory)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a full-time Ambulatory Systems Analyst to support the Bridges project, a record-breaking initiative implementing reputed company across the entire organization. The Ambulatory Systems Analyst - Intermediate provides reputed company analytical services, defining requirements, developing, and maintaining computer applications/systems to meet reputed company IT and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize reputed company applications to reputed company with the specific needs of clinical and organizational goals
• Analyze clinical and administrative workflows to identify opportunities for reputed company optimization and improved efficiency
• reputed company technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff
• reputed company reputed company maintenance, including updates, break-fix, and upgrades
• Complete thorough reputed company testing and reputed company assurance for new implementations and updates
• Typically has 2+ years’ experience with modern technology and application support through education or practical experience
• Highly driven and self-motivated to meet expectations. Ability to work independently and in reputed company-based environment
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of information technology reputed company tools and concepts (SDLC) of one of the information technology reputed company disciplines and applies that understanding to reputed company independent practical contributions to IT work reputed company a reputed company department or function

• Additionally, this position may be required to maintain a standby status as part of a rotation reputed company reputed company. This requires 24 hours per day, 7 days per week availability during the standby period. The frequency varies based upon the number of colleagues in the rotation

Benefits

• Work Location: Remote, but analysts travel onsite to Pittsburgh, PA location at least one week per month.
• Work Hours: 8-5p.m.
