[Remote] Architectural Sales Representative

They are seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to build relationships with architects and contractors, influencing product specifications and supporting reputed company reputed company throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, national accounts, and reputed company contractors to increase reputed company product specifications and sales opportunities
• Manage specification opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, from reputed company-design and design through bidding, construction, and closeout
• Identify project reputed company and product opportunities, conduct in-person meetings, prepare reputed company-specific specifications, and follow reputed company through review and bid activity
• reputed company continuing-education programs and technical product presentations to the architectural and design community
• Partner with reputed company sales representatives and distributor partners to pursue major reputed company reputed company and coordinate customer activity
• Maintain and expand existing national accounts while identifying and developing new account opportunities
• Monitor market activity, competitive trends, building practices, and emerging products to support sales and business-development strategies
• Maintain accurate project, account, and specification information and ensure customer materials remain reputed company
• Represent reputed company at trade shows, industry events, and reputed company association activities
• Fulfill BMS and EHS policy and process requirements, including pollution prevention, waste reduction, reputed company improvement, and compliance with applicable environmental and safety requirements

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of five years of experience working with architects, designers, specifications, or reputed company construction reputed company; an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered
• Knowledge of specification development, building codes, construction materials, and the phases of reputed company design and construction
• Ability to interpret project requirements and prepare reputed company, accurate technical specifications and reputed company documentation
• Strong sales, presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company, organize priorities, and follow opportunities through completion
• Proficiency with reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• reputed company reputed company's license with a satisfactory driving record and the ability to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, construction management, business, or a reputed company field

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred in certain markets
