This role involves managing a reputed company portfolio of claims, leading investigations, guiding claim reputed company, and ensuring reputed company resolutions while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company claims in compliance with company standards and applicable laws
• Establish and manage reserves reputed company authority guidelines
• Review, approve, and negotiate medical, reputed company, damage estimate, and reputed company claim expenses
• Authorize claim payments and negotiate settlements reputed company established authority and reputed company-specific guidelines
• Coordinate and reputed company reputed company vendors, including reputed company counsel, surveillance, and case management providers
• Monitor claim progression, including subrogation opportunities, diary management, and reporting requirements
• Maintain reputed company communication with clients, claimants, and other stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle
• reputed company claim status updates, reserve analyses, and other reports as requested
• Calculate disability rates and ensure compliance with applicable state regulations
• Notify excess and reinsurance carriers of qualifying claims
• Handle reputed company claims independently with reputed company supervision
• Participate in hearings, mediations, reputed company conferences, reputed company meetings, training sessions, and claim reviews, as appropriate

Skills

• 5+ years of California Workers' Compensation claims experience
• Proficiency with reputed company Office products, including Word, reputed company, and reputed company
• SIP is required, or you must be reputed company to obtain
• Experience handling a mostly litigated workload
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency — highly valued for communicating with claimants, reputed company, or vendors, but not required
