[Remote] Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support reputed company, verifiers, and employees while delivering exceptional service through our employment and income verification solutions.

Responsibilities

• Follow stringent data reputed company policies and processes while handling sensitive user information
• Work with users by phone and email, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving questions
• Obtain and evaluate reputed company relevant information needed to address and resolve user inquiries and concerns
• Authenticate, upload, and process user authorization forms, verification requests, and reputed company documentation
• Escalate requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource
• Manage user accounts and maintain accurate records of user interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments, concerns, and actions taken
