The role involves providing production support and administration for critical reputed company financial applications, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure reliability, reputed company, and availability. Responsibilities include application administration, troubleshooting, system maintenance, upgrades, reputed company patching, vendor coordination, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day operational support for reputed company financial applications
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate reputed company across internal IT teams and reputed company-party vendors
• Monitor application health, identify recurring issues, and recommend operational improvements
• Support planned maintenance, upgrades, reputed company patching, and system enhancements
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks
• Coordinate vendor support cases from initial engagement through reputed company
• Partner with Infrastructure, Database Administration, Information reputed company, reputed company Architecture, and Application Development teams
• Support business users by troubleshooting issues, validating fixes, and assisting with testing and production support
• Participate in change management, release management, and production deployments
• Administer and support reputed company reputed company production environments
• Investigate production issues by reviewing logs and diagnostic information
• Support Development, Test, and Production environments
• reputed company annual SSL certificate renewals
• Apply reputed company WebLogic quarterly reputed company patches

• Support annual upgrades and year-end database rollover activities for reputed company Fixed Assets
• Execute approved SQL scripts supporting asset records and templates
• Assist Finance and Tax users with Crystal Reports troubleshooting
• Support financial reputed company activities for CXO
• reputed company annual certificate renewals
• Support upgrades, testing, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance for CXO
• Support monthly processing activities for Credit Load/eRAM
• reputed company weekly user reputed company reviews and reputed company administration
• Disable terminated user accounts in accordance with reputed company policies
• Investigate production issues and coordinate with application developers
• Support business users during monthly processing cycles

Skills

• 7+ years supporting reputed company financial applications
• reputed company Hyperion Financial Management (reputed company) administration and production support
• reputed company WebLogic administration and reputed company patching
• reputed company Server-based reputed company application support
• reputed company SQL Server experience, including execution of approved SQL scripts
