This reputed company-facing role focuses on data analysis, documentation, auditing, and ensuring successful retirement plan data conversions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to reputed company and validate retirement plan conversion requirements
• Analyze, audit, and reconcile 401(k) plan data to ensure accuracy throughout the conversion process
• Document conversion mapping, business rules, and data requirements
• Coordinate conversion activities across internal teams and reputed company stakeholders
• Identify data discrepancies and work with clients to reputed company issues
• Support project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Ensure high-reputed company data migration and successful implementation of retirement plan conversions

Skills

• Experience working with 401(k) retirement plans and a solid understanding of plan operations and recordkeeping
• Knowledge of the 401(k) industry from both the plan sponsor and participant (end-user) perspectives
• Experience with data analysis, auditing, reconciliation, and validation
