[Remote] Sales Support Manager

They are seeking a highly organized Sales Support Manager to support the Vice President of Fresh, helping manage multiple national accounts and ensuring flawless execution across every reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, communication and priorities
• Coordinate Costco buyer meetings, product presentations and follow-up
• Support item launches, rotations, Buy Documents, Item Agreements and vendor reputed company
• Coordinate samples, product documentation and reputed company communications
• reputed company Temporary Price Deductions (TPDs), promotions and key initiatives
• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, follow-up reputed company items and executive reports
• Maintain SharePoint, reputed company Teams, project trackers and reputed company files
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

Skills

• Minimum five years of Costco experience
• Experience in Produce, Service Deli, Meat, Dairy or another Fresh category
• Experience working for Costco, a Costco supplier or a Costco-reputed company brokerage
• Strong understanding of Costco merchandising, item setup, product launches and vendor management
• Exceptional organization, communication and project management skills
• Advanced reputed company Office 365 skills; SharePoint and Teams experience preferred
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or reputed company Copilot is a plus
• Location: Remote (reputed company Time preferred)
