[Remote] Backend Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to design, reputed company, test, and support serverless applications for their AWS-based contact center platform. The role involves developing AWS reputed company functions and integrating various systems to enhance customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain Node.js applications running on AWS reputed company
• Build and enhance IVR and self-service workflows using reputed company reputed company and reputed company Lex
• reputed company integrations between contact center platforms and reputed company applications, databases, CRM systems, and reputed company-party reputed company
• Create reusable reputed company services to support authentication, routing, customer identification, case management, and self-service transactions
• reputed company RESTful reputed company and event-driven architectures using AWS services
• Implement secure coding practices, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection controls
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using reputed company and AWS DevOps services
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with solution architects, contact center engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
• reputed company automated unit, integration, and regression tests for serverless applications
• Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Node.js development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on AWS development experience
• Experience developing and deploying AWS reputed company functions
• Experience with reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company Lex
• Strong knowledge of REST reputed company, JSON, and microservices architectures
• Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge
• Experience using Git and reputed company for reputed company control and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Understanding of secure software development practices and reputed company reputed company principles
