[Remote] SmartCOMM Business Analyst

The role involves developing templates and workflows while ensuring the smooth deployment of changes in the production environment, particularly reputed company the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for templates development, developing forms inference logics, building forms workflows, error monitoring, incident triage, reputed company analysis of newly identified issues, determining immediate fixes, and resolving dependencies to reputed company deployment of changes into the production environment without affecting other scheduled application enhancement reputed company changes
• Experience with reputed company business rules, workflows, integrations, data model, and configuration
• Working knowledge of SmartCOMM for document reputed company and correspondence management
• Ability to create, modify, and maintain SmartCOMM templates and reputed company configurations
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
