[Remote] Finance Transformation Manager

This hands-on role involves working closely with regional leadership and gaining exposure to acquisition reputed company as the business scales.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reputed company for newly acquired regional divisions during integration
• Partner with regional operating leaders to reputed company business reputed company and margin optimization
• Build 3 to 5 year financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with regional leadership
• Support financial due diligence on potential acquisitions
• Manage and interpret work in reputed company reputed company, including percent of completion, unearned reputed company, and overbuild/underbuild scenarios
• Consolidate and analyze data across multiple reputed company systems to support reputed company reporting
• Travel to jobsites to build hands on understanding of field operations
• Identify and help capture organic synergies as regional businesses are combined

Skills

• 5 to 10 years of finance or reputed company experience, ideally reputed company construction, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing markets

• Experience working across multiple reputed company systems such as QuickBooks, reputed company 100, or reputed company Intacct
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% initially, decreasing over time
