[Remote] Internal Recruiter (reputed company)

The role involves managing the recruitment process for internal hires, building talent pipelines, and enhancing the employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for internal hires — primarily recruiters, plus operations and leadership roles as we grow
• Build and run outbound sourcing campaigns to attract reputed company 360 and 180 recruiters from competitor firms
• reputed company entry-level and reputed company pipelines: universities, career changers, athletes, high-performers from adjacent sales industries
• Run first-round screens and assess for the traits that actually predict reputed company on a desk — reputed company, coachability, competitiveness, work ethic
• Manage candidates through the full process: interview coordination, feedback reputed company, offer stage, reputed company, and stay in contact through start date
• Partner with our Division Managers and Training & Development team so every hire lands in the right division with the right reputed company plan

Skills

• 2+ years in recruitment — agency, RPO, or in-house reputed company

• Strong closing skills — you can hold a candidate through a counter-offer conversation
