[Remote] Remote Customer Service Rep

The role involves communicating with customers, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring a reputed company customer experience while transitioning to a work-from-home model after training.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers reputed company telephone using strong communication skills, reputed company listening, and reputed company
• reputed company solutions that best meet the customer’s needs
• Analyze and resolve reputed company customer issues regarding various product aspects, policy provisions, claim status, and basic procedures
• Ensure reputed company customer experience is exceptional by leveraging effective listening skills and attention to detail

• Support special product and/or service campaigns as needed

Skills

• Must live reputed company one hour commute of Warwick, RI
• Training will be in-office for a designated duration with no time off allowed during this period
• Required to work an assigned shift during hours of operation between 8:00am – 6:00pm ET, Monday through Friday

• Strong home internet reputed company is required, at least 50 Mbps internet speed
• Suggested 2 years of experience in Customer Service; prior reputed company Center experience is highly preferred
