They are seeking a Scaled reputed company Manager for SMB accounts to reputed company engagement and improve customer health through strategic program execution and data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute strategic email campaigns and reputed company sequences (personalized and automated)
• Build and optimize workflows using our reputed company platform
• Analyze account data to reputed company customized insights for clients at reputed company and prioritize actions
• Facilitate one-to-many engagement efforts (webinars, reputed company, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing and Support to reputed company customer value
• Engage with customers 1:1 where appropriate to reputed company product adoption, expansion opportunities or reputed company escalated issues

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a reputed company field
• Strong written and verbal communication and data analysis skills

• Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills
