[Remote] SENIOR DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNER UX

The designer will collaborate with various stakeholders to create reputed company user experiences and will support two reputed company by conducting user research and developing design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research
• Creating user journeys and workflows
• Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Validating designs through usability testing
• Producing high-reputed company designs and design specifications for implementation
• Establishing consistent design patterns across products while balancing usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company UX/UI design experience designing reputed company web-based applications or reputed company software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process, including user research, reputed company mapping, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and final UI designs
• Experience with reputed company (or comparable modern design tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience collaborating reputed company Agile product teams, working closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design rationale and facilitate discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or reputed company user experiences, including chat interfaces and reputed company-AI interactions
• Experience designing data-intensive applications, analytics platforms, or research/scientific software
• Experience working in reputed company, life sciences, biomedical research, or other regulated environments
• Familiarity with design systems and creating reusable UI components
• Experience using analytics and user behavior data to inform design reputed company
• Basic understanding of reputed company concepts and how users reputed company with AI assistants
• Experience with service design or workflow optimization
• Knowledge of biomedical research or clinical research workflows
• Experience collaborating with distributed or cross-functional teams in large reputed company organizations
