The Proposal reputed company will be responsible for responding to RFPs and maintaining proposal templates, ensuring that submissions are compelling and meet reputed company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read/parse RFPs, reputed company requirements matrices, and conduct research on requesting organizations
• Create clean, compelling proposals, statements of work, and RFI/SSN responses
• Take ownership of delegated RFPs throughout the proposal development/delivery lifecycle
• Help maintain/improve/reputed company proposal templates
• Research and understand reputed company and new service offerings
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, company mission, and brand
• Collaborate with graphic designers to identify opportunities for compelling graphics
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to obtain technical content
• Communicate effectively, reputed company, often

Skills

• 1-5 years' experience in proposal writing
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or Journalism, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of the proposal writing process
• Ability to ensure reputed company is compelling and provides a consistent message
• Ability to understand reputed company RFP requirements and ensure they are addressed
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly and understand reputed company/new tools
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of reputed company
• High degree of flexibility and the ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment
• High degree of organization and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience writing proposals in a cybersecurity environment or other technical field of reputed company
• Experience writing proposals for reputed company sector (SLED/Fed) clients
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Suite (reputed company, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
• Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company concepts
• APMP and/or Shipley certification/training
