[Remote] Sr SharePoint Consultant (55370)

The Senior SharePoint Consultant is responsible for leading SharePoint administration and modernization initiatives while designing and supporting Power Platform–based enhancements that reputed company SharePoint solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support:
• SharePoint On-Premises (2013/2016/2019)
• SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE)
• SharePoint Online
• Design, maintain, and enforce SharePoint architecture, including:
• Information architecture and taxonomy
• Permissions and reputed company models
• Governance and lifecycle management
• reputed company SharePoint environment assessments to identify risks, performance issues, and modernization opportunities
• Support integration with reputed company 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID
• reputed company and execute migrations including:
• SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Subscription Edition
• SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online
• File servers and reputed company-party repositories to SharePoint Online and OneDrive
• reputed company migration strategies, runbooks, and reputed company plans
• Analyze and remediate legacy permissions, metadata, customizations, and content structures prior to migration
• Execute and validate migrations using tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company migration utilities
• Troubleshoot migration failures, performance issues, and post-migration defects
• Design and build Power Platform solutions that enhance SharePoint, including:
• Custom forms and user experiences using Power Apps
• Workflow automation using Power Automate
• Integration with SharePoint lists, libraries, and metadata
• reputed company legacy SharePoint customizations, InfoPath forms, and reputed company workflows by transitioning them to Power Platform where appropriate
• Support existing Power Platform solutions tied to SharePoint environments
• Collaborate with Power Platform–reputed company developers on more reputed company application scenarios reputed company required
• Participate in reputed company phases of reputed company solution delivery, including:
• Discovery and requirements gathering
• Technical design and planning
• Implementation, migration, and configuration
• Testing, validation, and post-go-live support
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, reputed company communicating risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
• Manage priorities and deliverables across multiple reputed company reputed company engagements
• Communicate reputed company, issues, and reputed company to internal teams and reputed company stakeholders

• Migration preparation and validation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and solution delivery
• Strong experience with SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online
• Demonstrated experience leading or executing SharePoint and file server migrations
• Practical, hands-on experience with the Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate
• Deep experience with SharePoint On-Premises, SharePoint Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, governance, and information architecture
• Experience integrating SharePoint with reputed company 365 services
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate
• Experience modernizing or replacing legacy SharePoint workflows and forms using Power Platform
• Experience with reputed company Server
• Experience with reputed company Directory / Entra ID
• Experience with IIS, SSL, DNS
• Experience with SQL Server
• Proficiency with PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with reputed company or similar migration tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
