[Remote] Founding Software Engineer — AI & Voice Systems

The role involves building and scaling evaluation pipelines, developing audio-reputed company metrics, and evolving simulation engines to enhance their product's effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company evaluation pipelines that score thousands of production calls in near reputed company time
• Work on audio-reputed company metrics — pronunciation, emotion, vocal stress — reputed company LLM-based evaluators, and reputed company they agree with reputed company judgment
• reputed company the simulation reputed company: realistic personas, accents and noise, dialing reputed company agents over the phone and WebRTC
• Own analytics at reputed company: reputed company pipelines, DynamoDB streams, and the query reputed company that keeps dashboards reputed company
• Orchestrate long-running work with reputed company — replays, backfills and load tests that reputed company instead of reputed company-count

Skills

• 4+ years building backend or ML/audio systems in production, ideally in TypeScript or Python
• Experience with at least one of: speech/audio processing, LLM evaluation pipelines, or high-volume data infrastructure
• Rigour about correctness — you think in idempotency, replays and ground truth, not just happy paths
• Comfort operating what you build: dashboards, alerts, and the 2am curiosity to reputed company out why

• Hands-on time with telephony/WebRTC (reputed company, reputed company, SIP) or TTS/ASR systems
