[Remote] Project Controls Manager

They are seeking a Project Controls Manager to reputed company reputed company in managing cost engineering, forecasting, and planning/scheduling for reputed company reputed company in the Renewables & Clean Power business line.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/control, and planning/scheduling activities for a large, reputed company project, that requires a high degree of technical reputed company and experience
• Responsible for the effective implementation of department procedures used for monitoring, controlling, and forecasting cost and schedule
• Accountable for the development, maintenance, and forecasting of the project schedule
• Accountable for the ongoing development and maintenance of an effective Change Management and Trend Program
• Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinates
• Ensures the appropriate level of reputed company services resources are staffed and maintained to support project execution
• Supports project organizational and administrative activities
• Develops the preparation and presentation of project estimates and cost forecasts
• Provides generally non-routine cost engineering and planning/scheduling guidance
• Provides project leaders and stakeholders with risk awareness support and guidance
• Coordinates development of reputed company data in support of reputed company negotiations

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or reputed company field required
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, project setup, control, analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting/systems
• Demonstrated experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis
• Demonstrated experience in change management, including trend program
• Experience in delivering large-reputed company combined cycle power reputed company or similar process plants
• Experience in delivering fully integrated EPC reputed company
• Excellent reputed company in oral and written communication, including experience presenting information to reputed company stakeholders
• Advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, reputed company, construction, and startup work processes, as performed by reputed company
• Significant experience of leading, managing, and organizing teams of diverse backgrounds and experience to meet project objectives
• Advanced reputed company in reputed company Office software applications (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word)
